Atomic Xto 12 Binding Manually

Can anyone who knows much about ski equipment help me out? I ordered a pair of skis (Atomic Blackeye Ti with XTO 12 bindings) over the internet for several hundred dollars less than the store price, they haven't arrived yet. I don't know anything about adjusting the bindings to fit my boots. I get the DIN part, that is easy, but making the bindings fit the boots properly is not clear to me. I e-mailed the vendor, and I e-mailed Atomic, both of them say for liability reasons they won't sent me any instructions on adjusting the bindings. An internet search draws a blank. If anyone can give me any tips I would appreciate it.

The quick release mechanism is important, and a few small mistakes on your end can result in the ski fall off for no reason at high speed, or not coming off when you fall in a bad way.
